Looking for the one-page Code Study Guide? RetirementAfter thirty-two years of presenting National Electrical Code® seminars I have decided to retire from the public Code® seminar arena, effective January 1, 2011. I'm not getting any younger, so it's time to shift into a much lower gear. Just since 1993, when I moved into full-time seminar work, I have presented more than 1,000 Code® seminars to more than 43,000 apprentices, journeyman, masters, electrical contractors, electrical inspectors and engineers. Most of those seminars were either day-and-a-half, or two-day sessions, and they were presented in twenty-four of the fifty United States. In the process, I made some great friends. We enjoyed each other's company, and since there was mutual respect, we were able to learn from each other. Thank you for your loyalty and friendship. I will miss you. Am I passing the business on to someone else? No. Several people have expressed an interest, but no one is willing to jump into Code® training at this level. Please call our office if you are interested in Illustrated Changes in the 2011 National Electrical Code®, the 2011 Code Study Guide, or The Practical Irrigation Wiring book (the Practical Irrigation Wiring book is based on the 2008 Code®). Thank you again for your business, loyalty, and friendship. I look forward to continue serving you through providing practical guides for studying the Code.® Sincerely,
Larry T. Smith, C.S.P.
